Mr. Rahat Maleque is playing role as Honourable Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. He is also the director of Sunlife Insurance Company Ltd, Rahat Real Estate & Construction Limited and BD Thai Food & Beverage Ltd.

A young and energetic person having extensive experience in multi sectoral business concerns, Mr. Rahat Maleque has sufficient expertise and experience in the business of capital market industry.

Mr. Maleque is the only son of Mr. Zahid Maleque and Mrs. Shabana Maleque.

Mr. Rahat acquired the degree of Masters in Finance and Investment from Queen Mary University of United Kingdom.

Advocate Md. Abdus Salam is the Independent Director of BD Sunlife Securities Ltd. He is a well-known entrepreneur and has long experience in investment management. He is the former director of Rupali Bank Ltd.

Mr. Salam has wide education background of Master of Commerce major in Management and LLB degree. He is the son of late Aijuddin Ahammed and Late Golap Jan.

Alhajj Mofizur Rahman is the Director of BD Sunlife Securities Ltd. he has gathered extensive business experience in home and abroad from his family business. He has excellent skill in business negotiation and deal making arts. He plays very active and vital role in decision making and providing appropriate guidance for efficient running of the BD Sunlife Securities Ltd. He is also the director of Sunlife Insurance Company Ltd.

Alhajj Mofizur Rahman is the son of Mr. Haji Abdul Mojid Madbor and Late Mrs. Meher Niger. He obtained degree of Bachelor of Science.

Mr. Afsar Uddin Sarkar is also one of the director of the Company. Mr. Afsar is the son of Late Abdul Hamid Sarkar and Mrs. Suvatan Nesa.

He obtained the degree of Masters of Social Science in Political Science from National University

Mrs. Cynthia Maleque is the Director of BD Sunlife Securities Ltd. and BD Thai Food & Beverage Ltd. She has gathered extensive business experience in home and abroad from her family business. She plays very active and vital role in decision making and providing appropriate guidance for efficient running of the BD Sunlife Securities Ltd.

Ms. Cynthia Maleque has obtained the degree of BBA from North South University and continuing her studies.

Prof. Rubina Hamid is the Director of BD Sunlife Securities Ltd. She is also Sponsor Director and Chairperson of a number of Companies, which include Sunlife Insurrance Company Limited, Bangladesh Thai Aluminum Limited, BD Thai Food and Beverage Limited, Rahat Real Estate and Construction Ltd and World wide Enterprise Ltd.

Mrs. Rubina Hamid in the daughter of Late Col. A Maleque, Psc (Retd) and wife of Dr. Kazi Akter Hamid.

She obtained B.Com (Hons) M. Com in Management from the University of Dhaka and had her higher education in Canada. Just after completion of her master degree she joined the University of Dhaka as a Lecturer of department of management and at present she is a Professor of the same Department.

Mr. Abdur Rouf is working as Chief Executive Officer of the company. He has a vast knowledge about the rules and regulation of the stock exchange, RJSC, BSEC and CDBL.

Mr. Rouf is capable to analyze, research, sensitivity analysis, market trend forecast and playing very active and vital role in decision making and providing appropriate guidance for efficient running of the BD Sunlife Securities Ltd. Mr. Abdur Rouf has almost 15 (Fifteen) years working experience in the field of Capital Market.

He obtained MBA from IBAIS University

Mr. Sayed Mobarak Ali is working as Chief Operating Officer of the company. He has a vast knowledge about the rules and regulation of the stock exchange, RJSC, BSEC and CDBL. He is expert in supervising the authorized representative and monitor trading status.

Mr. Mobarak is capable to analyze, research, sensitivity analysis, market trend forecast and managing the portfolio. He has working with a vision to take the company among the top 10 brokerage houses in the country.

He obtained the degree of Masters of Commerce in Management from National University.

Mr. Md. Lutfur Rahman is working as Assistant General Manager & Head of the Accounts & Finance. He is maintaining the operations team is being developed with young, experience and energetic who are trained on specific fields that are required for the purpose of overall company’s business development.

Mr. Lutfur has 12 (Twelve) years working experience in the field of Business Development & Operation, Accounts & Finance and Compliance. His extensive experience and expertise is playing key role to implement company’s business plan.

He obtained the degree of Master of Professional Finance (MPF) from University of Dhaka.
